How to Order

1. Request an Account

If you have never shopped with us before, you will need to request an account. Please submit your name and email address on the account request page below and you will be contacted by our customer service team to set up your account. You will also be required to set up GoCardless payments before ordering.

2. Shop

Use the website menu and search to find products, prices and offers. Once added, items will stay in your cart so you can close the website and come back to it. You have up until 10am the day before your delivery to place your order. Once placed, your order can be edited until 9am the day before delivery.

3. Book Delivery and Checkout

When you have finished shopping, place your order by going to checkout. This must be done by 10am the day before delivery. When you checkout you will be asked to book a delivery slot. Enter your postcode and you will be able to select available days and times for your area.

At checkout, you will not be required to make payment. If it's your first order, please ensure you have set up you bank account details on GoCardless payments. Click here to set up.

4. Fulfillment and payment

Once your order has been picked and packed in store, you will receive an email with your order receipt for the items picked. You will not be charged for items that can't be fulfilled and we will only substitute extremely close alternatives where applicable. Once fulfilled, your order will be paid automatically via GoCardless direct debit.

5. Delivery

On the day of delivery, you will be given a more precise delivery time. The driver will bring goods to your door and you will be given a delivery note.
