When do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to the Chesterfield, Doncaster, Grimsby, Hull and Lincoln areas at least once a week. View delivery days

How do I know I've booked my delivery slot? 
You book your delivery slot when you checkout. One you're order is placed and you have received a confirmation email, this is also a confirmation of your delivery booking.

What if an item is out of stock? 
There is the option to enable substitutes at checkout so our picking team will send you close alternatives should an item you ordered be out of stock.

Will I be notified of order updates? 
Yes, you will receive an email when you place your order and when it has been picked in store.

How can I pay for my order? 
Payment is made automatically by GoCardless once your order has been picked and fulfilled. Please ensure you have set up your card on GoCardless before placing your first order.
