    Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the use by date.

  • Recipes
    Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the oven and set to one side.
    Place a saucepan on a hob (medium heat) and add one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
    Add a tablespoon of finely diced shallot or white onion and cook until softened.
    Remove from the heat.
    Pass the cooking juices through a sieve back into the saucepan.
    Place the saucepan back onto the hob and bring to a simmer.
    Reduce the cooking juices by a third.
    Add two teaspoons of cornflour into a small bowl or ramekin, add four tablespoons of cold water and mix until smooth.
    Add the cornflour to the saucepan and stir, cook for 1 minute or until the cornflour has cooked out.
    Season with salt & pepper.
    Carve the chicken then pour the gravy over the chicken to serve.
