Before use, rinse frozen fruits under water.
Thawing guidelines
For best results defrost in a refrigerator. Remove from packaging, thaw for 8 hours in a refrigerator. Alternatively thaw for 2 hours in a cool room. Use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
