Carla's Potato Seasoning is a unique blend of ingredients which subtly enhances the flavour of roast potatoes whilst giving the perfect crisp skin. A carefully-balanced blend of garlic, onion, salt, pepper and sugar, blended with authentic Durum wheat semolina.
Liberally shake over oiled, par-boiled potatoes for the ultimate roast potato.
Also works well with potato wedges, roast parsnips and other roasted vegetables.
