Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 3 minute 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Decant product into an ovenproof dish of a similar size and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 15 minutes. Lift back foil, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove foil, stir and serve.
