Pre-heat your oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas Mark 6. Remove packaging and cut in to 8 equal pieces. Place the cubes onto a lined baking tray, approximately 5cm apart. Place on middle shelf for 10-12 minutes or as stated in your recipe.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes. After cooking: The cookies should be golden and soft.
