Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate. Place in the microwave and heat on full power. Stand for 1 minute, remove film and upturn onto a plate or dish. With fingertips squeeze pot from the top to bottom to ease pudding out, scooping out any remaining sauce.; Steam - From Chilled. 20 min
Remove sleeve. Place pudding in a saucepan of boiling water to reach halfway up the pudding basin. Bring water back to the boil, cover saucepan with lid and simmer for 20 minutes, ensuring the water does not boil dry. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully lift out pudding from the water and serve by peeling off the film lid and turning out onto a serving plate, scooping out any remaining sauce.
