75cl Statement Ruby is the result of a blend of full-bodied and charactered Ports, aged for about two years in large casks and balseiros in the ageing lodges in the Douro.They evolve with age, gaining sophistication and softness, but always maintaining the strong and youthful presence of red and dark fruits and the intensity of colour. Blending allows for consistent and balanced wines, year after year.

Serve slightly chilled to drink as an aperitif or to accompany perfectly the chocolate mousse or chocolate ganache truffles, and, if you area cheese aficionado, pair it with the stinky blue cheese and feel the perfect balance of sweet and savoury notes.
