Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 4 minutes (800w, 900w). Partially peel back film, stir well and re-cover. Continue on full power for a further 3 minutes (900w), 3 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir well before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 2 minutes (800w, 900w). Partially peel back film, stir well and re-cover. Continue on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.
