Pre-Order Fresh
To order from our Pre-order Fresh range, please note the following points:
1. Order Separately to Groceries: Pre-order Fresh items must be ordered separately to grocery items, otherwise you will not receive your order. If you have grocery items building up in your basket but want to place a meat order, checkout your grocery order and then you can go back and edit it once your meat order is placed.
2. You can edit your order: orders placed can be edited until 5pm on Thursday, please remember to checkout again as editing an order cancels the original order.
3. Order deadline: 5pm each Thursday. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following week.
4. To checkout: select 'Home Delivery' and any delivery slot - the actual slot isn't relevant. Select 'Pre-order Meat' as the shipping method before checking out.
5. Collection: Your order will be available for collection as usual from your local store on Wednesday the following week, or delivered to you if you have no local store.
