Please Read: Revised Online Ordering Process

To ensure we are providing an excellent customer experience and accommodating an ever increasing number of online orders, we are making changes to the online ordering process.

From 28th March, rather than taking payment when you checkout we will be taking payment automatically by GoCardless once you're order is fulfilled. Here is the revised ordering process:


Start by booking a delivery slot on a convenient day for you. We are in Chesterfield, Doncaster and Hull on Tuesdays, and Grimsby and Lincoln on Wednesdays. We are also in all entertaining localities on a Friday. Click here to book your slot. Once your slot is booked you will receive an email confirmation. Please note each locality is limited to 10 bookings per day. Once this has been reached the day will not be available for booking.


You have up until 10AM the day before your delivery to place your order. Use the website menu and search to find products, prices and offers. Once added, items will stay in your cart so you can close the website and come back to it.


When you have finished shopping, place your order by going to checkout. This must be done by 10AM the day before delivery. At checkout, you will not be required to make payment. If it's your first order, please ensure you have set up your bank account details on GoCardless payments. Click here to set up.


Once your order has been picked and packed in store, you will receive an email with your order receipt for the items picked. You will not be charged for items that can't be fulfilled and we will only substitute extremely close alternatives where applicable. Once fulfilled, your order will be paid automatically via GoCardless direct debit.


On the day of delivery, you will be given a more precise delivery time. The driver will bring goods to your door and you will be given a delivery note.
